HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION TAKE?

An initial evaluation includes a comprehensive interview lasting anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes, during this time we will investigate your reason for seeking treatment. The focus will be on your current symptoms but at the same time exploring stressors and existing coping mechanisms. I will work with you to develop an appropriate treatment plan that is always collaborative.
APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep all of your appointments. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, kindly provide 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged $50 for missing/cancelling appointments less than 24 hours. Your consideration in this matter will allow us to accommodate other patients who could benefit from an appointment.

Yes we offer sliding-scale fees.
HOW LONG IS THE FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS TAKES?
The follow up appointment visit ranges from 20-30 minutes depending on your supportive needs. Follow-up appointments focus on your progress and responses to treatment, severity of symptoms, and class of prescribed medication. Over time when your condition is stable and your symptoms have improved, the appointments will be less frequent.
